Our company independently produces meltblown production line, which can independently produce meltblown die head, spinneret and production line. In the past ten years, we have developed experience in meltblown technology and equipment and absorbed foreign meltblown technology. The meltblown die head adopts modular multi-channel structure and the material cavity flow channel adopts coat-hanger geometry. Through the optimization of melt flow channel, the design accuracy almost reaches foreign standards. Meltblown die heads of various specifications (basic module design is 800mm, which can be combined into 1600mm/2400mm/3200mm). spinneret processing and manufacturing technology has filled the gap in China, breaking the previous industrial pattern that all relevant domestic production lines rely on imported products. Our company can produce meltblown, spunbond die heads and spinneret heads of various specifications (300mm/1600mm/2400mm/3200mm/4200mm). It can also independently repair various specifications of die and spinneret at home and abroad. The company has a number of patented technologies, which are applied to the meltblown, spunbond and multi-head composite nonwoven production lines manufactured by our company.
