Beijing Baotelun Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 and has been committed to the R & D and manufacturing of meltblown nonwovens production equipment and product production for 30 years. It is also the first domestic high-tech enterprise with the ability to manufacture wide-width continuous meltblown production line equipment. The company has independent intellectual property rights and produces more than 50 1.6-meter meltblown production lines, accounting for more than 60% of the total number of production lines in the country. The meltblown production line with a width of 3.2 meters has achieved a breakthrough in the national wide-format meltblown technology. The processing and manufacturing of meltblown dies of different specifications has broken the industrial pattern that the domestic industry production relies on imports. With nearly 30 years of development of meltblowing technology, Bastron has accumulated rich experience and achievements in the fields of fluid mechanics, polymer rheology, aerodynamics, precision machining, computer control and computer aided design. Over the years, the company has continuously produced and transported meltblowing production lines for peer enterprises in more than ten provinces in China, and has also exported to Japan, Russia, Turkey, India and other countries, and to provide them with product development and technical personnel training and other services. In 2010, the company invested 30 million yuan to build a 10000-square-meter new factory registered subsidiary, Jinyilun New Materials Technology (Langfang) Co., Ltd., which introduced high-precision processing equipment and focused on the development and production of new materials such as high-efficiency filtration, two-component filtration, heat preservation and sound absorption. In the course of more than ten years of development, it has cooperated with Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shanghai Donghua University, Tianjin University of Technology and other institutions of higher learning to achieve the integration of production, learning, and research, accelerate the pace of technological innovation and industrialization, in fluid mechanics, Polymer rheology, aerodynamics, polymer materials, precision machining and automatic control have accumulated rich design and manufacturing experience. The sound-absorbing materials produced by our company have also been widely used in Guangzhou Honda, Citroen, Chery, Hyundai, BAIC and other high-end cars.
